  • English Required Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Maintenance Technician, where your expertise will ensure our property operates seamlessly and provides an exceptional experience for our guests.
This vital role involves maintaining and repairing a wide range of hotel facilities, from electrical systems to plumbing, mechanical equipment, and building structures. Your proactive approach will help uphold the highest standards of safety, comfort, and functionality across the property. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal operation. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical circuits, mechanical equipment, and building infrastructure. Conduct welding, residential painting, and other repair tasks to maintain the property's aesthetic and structural integrity. Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and facility diagrams to accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future repairs. Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, including supervising team members or contractors when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety standards by using tools such as ohmmeters and following proper procedures for electrical and mechanical work. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests or staff, ensuring minimal disruption. Lead or support manufacturing or facilities-related projects that enhance operational efficiency or guest comfort. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments. Proficiency in electrical work, including troubleshooting circuits with tools like ohmmeters and reading schematics accurately. Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in building automation systems. Skilled in welding techniques and residential painting for repairs and renovations. Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and facility diagrams effectively. Leadership skills with supervising experience in maintenance teams or projects. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and collaboration with team members. Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management and maintenance tracking. Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards guest satisfaction.
