You're the person residents see when they need help, so how you carry yourself matters as much as what you can fix. MagicPak, split systems, unitized forced-air•diagnosis, repair, refrigerant recharge Intermediate-to-advanced plumbing and electrical troubleshootingBoiler/hydronic:
Zone valves, thermostats, bleeding radiators (minor maintenance only) Multifamily maintenance experience preferred Appliance repair (refrigerators, ranges, dishwashers, washers/dryers) Lift 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods with or without reasonable accommodation. Hear normal conversation and detect alarms, equipment sounds, or environmental cues in noisy and quiet settings with or without reasonable accommodation. Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus for detailed work and safety compliance with or without reasonable accommodation. Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license, insurance, and clean driving record (MVR) Tools & Equipment You provide your own basic hand tools used day-to-day. We provide specialty tools, materials, and property specific equipment needed to do the job safely and correctly. Annual tool/boot stipend provided (up to $250).
