Facilities Lead Technician with RT Group Properties and MRD Apartments Located in St. Clair, MI. At our
Dutton and Gray Estates Apartments Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM On‑
Call:
Required for emergency rotation Position Summary RT Group Properties is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Manager to support Two class-A Properties. This position plays an essential role in making sure property upkeep and ensuring all service requests are completed efficiently, courteously, and to high-quality standards. Over see any Maintennace Technicians asigned. Prepare units for apartment turnovers. Complete resident work orders promptly while providing friendly, professional service. Follow preventative maintenance programs and guidelines. Operate and maintain equipment such as snow blowers, and electric tools. Maintain safe, clean, and appealing property grounds year‑round. Conduct annual unit inspections. Deliver excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, and colleagues. Knowledge, Skills & Requirements Minimum 3 years of related maintenance experience and/or training. Valid Driver's License required. Reliable Transportation is a must. Must have own tools. Availability for on‑call emergency rotation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must successfully pass a criminal background check. Strong customer service skills. Management Experence Required.
