Environmental Services Technician 1. Maintain facility in a clean and safe condition 2. Ensure that all OSHA regulations are followed 3. Maintain all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
Qualifications:
Ability to take directives regarding duties but not limited to those listed, High school diploma or equivalent Report to:
Maintenance Supervisor/Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Maintain adequate stock of housekeeping supplies 2. Complete all paperwork requirements regarding restroom checks and other maintenance responsibilities 3. Empty all garbage cans including within the offices daily 4. Complete thorough cleaning of all restrooms based on schedule created by the Supervisor/Manager 5. Perform regular inspections (time intervals based on site) of all restrooms to maintain cleanliness, sanitation and supplies throughout the day 6. Perform regular inspections of all areas occupied by Members 7. Perform daily inspections of outside smoking and parking areas and maintain cleanliness 8. Utilize appropriate cleaner to wipe down all surfaces 9. Ensure that all cleaning products/chemicals are appropriately labeled 10. Ensure that all cleaning products/chemicals are always maintained in a secure manner 11. Perform deep cleaning duties based on directive from supervisor 12. Consistently monitor site for potential safety hazards, and report to supervisor/manager i.e., broken furniture, floor hazards, etc. 13. Ensure that all lighting fixtures are maintained and in working order 14. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor/manager with approval from the

$13.73 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
