The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs in a variety of settings. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs on electrical systems, including troubleshooting and replacing components. Execute residential painting tasks as needed to maintain aesthetic standards. Maintain and repair mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance. Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and system adjustments. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and functions. Use tools such as an ohmmeter for testing electrical circuits and components. Supervise maintenance staff during projects, providing leadership and guidance. Document all maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used. Experience Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Familiarity with electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and safety protocols. Experience in supervising teams is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities. Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and management.
