Build the machines that build the world. TARUS is a global manufacturer of innovative CNC machines serving world-class industries across the globe. We are seeking two skilled CNC Field Service Engineers to join our team. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and meet company auto insurance requirements. If you enjoy hands-on problem solving, working independently in the field, and being the technical expert customers rely on, this role offers challenge, variety, and strong support from an experienced team. Travel Up to 25% domestic/international travel to customer locations . Enjoy independence and variety in your workday. Occasional overnight stays may be required based on customer needs and workload. What You'll Do Perform hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance on CNC machines Troubleshoot and diagnose complex machine issues to minimize customer downtime Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and machine documentation Document service visits and repairs with detailed service reports Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to resolve advanced issues Deliver professional, customer-focused service at every site What You Bring Minimum 2 years of field service or equipment repair experience on CNC machines Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude Solid understanding of CNC systems and machine operations Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Clear communication skills and customer-facing professionalism Valid driver's license (Enhanced License a plus) Highly Valued Experience Experience with various CNC controls
