MUST have knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, mechanical, vehicle maintenance and the ability to work with and manage outside contractors and vendors to ensure all needs are met for building and building tenants. Hi-Lo certification a plus! Warehouse experience a plus as well. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule with paid on call hours Computer skills, people skills and the ability to professionally communicate necessary. Previous commercial and/or apartment maintenance experience a plus Must be able to life, carry, push and pull up to 60 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds occasionally Must be able to work with environmental conditions including warehouse temperatures, dust, and noise Ability to use hands and tools for prolonged periods Must be able to stoop, crouch, and climb ladders as needed Must be able to read and interpret technical manual, blueprints and schematics There will be groundskeeping responsibilities such as window washing, trash pick up, shoveling and salting of walkways, etc. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills This is a full time opportunity with benefits after 90 days. Valid Drivers license required. MDOT and Chauffer license preferred.
