Ideal candidates will have a minimum of six months previous experience in a related field of apartment unit turns.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Complete the "make-ready" process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins Assists with the overflow of resident request for services Handles "on call" and snow removal duties on an as-needed basis Assists in picking up litter Other duties as assigned by supervisor Must own some basic tools for use on the job Must have own transportation to move around the community

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work full time 40 hours per week 2-3 years actual hands on experience Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business disciplines

EXPECTATIONS

Attendance is an imperative job function as is working in a team oriented environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS IN ADDITION TO THOSE LISTED ABOVE

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Position requires bending, lifting, kneeling, twisting, and performing installations at awkward angles. Work environment may include loud noises, dust, dirt, and minor hazards.
