Aquarium Maintenance Technician

Aquarium Maintenance Technician (Full-Time) Are you passionate about aquatic life and comfortable working hands-on in unique environments? We're looking for an aquarist to join our team!

Position Overview:

This role focuses exclusively on maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of aquarium tanks. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining pristine, beautiful aquatic displays while ensuring a healthy environment for marine life.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain aquarium tanks to ensure optimal appearance Remove algae, debris, and buildup from tank surfaces Perform basic upkeep Maintain equipment used for cleaning and tank care Occasionally dive into larger tanks for deep cleaning and maintenance Previous expierence working with acrylic is helpful

Requirements:

Prior experience working with aquariums or aquatic systems Comfortable working in and around water, including diving in large tanks Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to work independently and follow maintenance schedules Physically capable of handling equipment and performing manual tasks (can lift min 40lbs)

Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours per week)
