WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

This Residential Maintenance Tech position offers competitive pay of $18-$26+ per hour depending on experience , with room to grow as your skills advance. In this full-time position, you can expect to work from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Emergency hours may vary depending on operational needs. HOW WILL YOU SPEND EACH DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECH?

As our Residential Maintenance Tech, you move through your day diagnosing HVAC issues, repairing appliances, fixing electrical or plumbing concerns, and ensuring every area of the property meets our strict company and legal standards. You'll respond to incoming work orders-sometimes predictable, sometimes urgent-with confidence and precision. Every repair you complete strengthens the safety, comfort, and longevity of our communities. Residents count on your expertise, and your work directly supports the integrity of the property.

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

Proven residential or facilities maintenance experience Strong electrical systems knowledge Mechanical repair experience Welding ability Plumbing knowledge
