Our window cleaning business is growing and we are seeking an awesome seasonal technician to join our cleaning team. We are looking for team members with experience using ladders, who are detail oriented, and can uphold our quality standard in all of our cleaning services. You will help our team to bring joy to our clients by efficiently cleaning their windows, gutters, siding, chandeliers, etc., and you will have opportunities for further growth within the company. Tasks:

Working on a fun two-person crew doing a route of work each day, using an app to confirm jobs, collect payment, text/email clients, and clock in, etc... Using state-of-the-art window and gutter cleaning technology to clean windows and gutters Chandelier cleaning with rags, gloves, and spray bottles Pressure washing of flat surfaces such as decks, patios, driveways, etc... Soft washing of roofs and siding, safely using industry leading chemicals Maintaining the cleanliness of work vehicles, workspace, and equipment Using different types of ladders to access hard-to-reach windows, gutters, and chandeliers Using a gutter vacuum system to suck up and blow out gutter systems Hanging holiday and Christmas lights Installing permanent Smart LED holiday lighting systems We do almost all residential clients so this is up to three-and-a-half-story houses Construction clean-up window cleaning, using razors, scrapers, bronze wool, and chemicals to remove hard water stains and construction debris from windows Have a positive and friendly attitude with our clients, and be a great example for our company Minor advertising duties include placing door hangers on clients' neighbor's house doors, and placing signs in yards, intersections, or on streets, and walkways Attend the technician team meeting once a week Collect payments and drive a work vehicle, small or large van What we offer you: Starting at $16 per hour Base Wage Performance Pay Bonuses - Get paid what you are worth!!! April - December. 8am - 2 or 6pm, Typically 6-10 hour work days.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Must be able to physically lift, carry and climb ladders up to 32 feet Cannot be afraid of heights Must be an animal lover. Most of our clients have pets.
