Maintenance Technician lll

We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician to handle a variety of tasks throughout several Homeowners and Condominium Associations located in southeast Michigan. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and possess strong customer service skills, and manage a wide range of repairs with little supervision. Candidate will be assigned tasks daily, along with other service requests as they are approved throughout several communities. Tasks can include plumbing repairs, electrical repairs, painting, drywall repairs, exterior building repairs, and minor roofing repairs which require expansive knowledge of general maintenance techniques and skills. We are committed professionals who are driven by passion and dedication to communities while delivering extraordinary service to our residents. Excellent communication, organization, and efficiency skills are a must as you deal with multiple homeowners and community association managers. Candidate must possess the skills needed to evaluate, repair, and document various projects you are assigned. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience doing maintenance in a multi-family environment or similar environment.

Position Requires:

Ability to climb ladders to heights exceeding 15' Lift and carry up to 80 pounds Ability to stand, walk, and bend continuously during a shift Possession of valid driver's license and DOT card Ability to work rotating on-call schedules to respond to emergencies after hours, on weekends, and on holidays Possess a personal set of various tools The ability to do plumbing and electrical wiring, and carpentry work. External repairs including roof repair, siding repair/replacement and gutter repair/replacement. Drywall replacement and repair.
