• (4) 10‑hour shifts, Tuesday-Friday, 2:00 PM-12:15 AM Strong pay

• you'll work closely with production and maintenance teammates What You'll Do You'll keep our production and facility equipment running safely and efficiently by: Troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment Performing preventive and routine maintenance Responding to equipment breakdowns and emergencies Assisting molding personnel with equipment and process issues Making equipment improvements, upgrades, and fabrications Supporting new equipment and process installations Following safety standards, work instructions, and housekeeping expectations ✅ What We're Looking For Required High school diploma or GED 2‑year technical degree or equivalent experience in Maintenance Strong mechanical skills and comfort using hand tools Ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and work independently or with a team Attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to meet physical job requirements Forklift license (or ability to obtain) Preferred Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Plastic injection molding experience Mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills Overhead crane experience Our Values We live our values every day: Accountability • Integrity • Innovation • Service • Teamwork Benefits That Matter Employer contribution toward medical insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off & Holidays Employer‑paid Life, Short‑Term & Long‑Term Disability Optional plans: Dental, Vision, Accident, Critical Illness, HSA/FSA, Tele‑Doc Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Onsite Chaplain Work Environment This is a hands‑on role in a manufacturing environment working with injection molding equipment, presses, tools, and facility systems.
