Job Description

Maintenance Technician 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars CEPCO Management Inc. is a family-owned property management company that oversees apartment and townhome communities throughout Minnesota. We are committed to providing a well-maintained living environment for our residents and are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete work orders of various types, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, HVAC, drywall, painting, appliances, general, and routine resident requests, and apartment turnovers. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively. Fabricate or modify parts to complete necessary repairs. Assist Site Managers in coordinating and supervising outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment. Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently. Assist with unit turnovers, including painting, repairs, and general prep Available for occasional after-hours emergency calls Provide excellent customer service to our residents, ensuring their satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Leadership skills with the ability to supervise others when needed. Experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Must be able to pass a background check

Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
