Maintenance Technician

In this vital role, you will be responsible for completing maintenance service requests, unit turns, preventative maintenance, and general repairs across a portfolio of apartment communities, townhomes, and single-family homes. This role helps ensure our properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained while delivering prompt, professional service to residents and supporting property operations. Responsibilities Complete work orders in occupied and vacant units in a timely and professional manner. Diagnose and repair issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, locks, windows, flooring, drywall, and basic carpentry. Perform general building and grounds maintenance as needed. Troubleshoot maintenance problems and determine appropriate solutions. Required Qualifications Valid Driver's License High School Diploma Maintenance experience (1 year)

Pay:
