Your Background 1+ years of prior maintenance experience (manufactured housing, apartments, or related fields preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance. Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to walk, lift, bend, crawl, and climb ladders/stairs for extended periods. Manual dexterity to safely use power and hand tools. Normal hearing and vision to follow instructions and complete detailed work.
