Your Background 1+ years of prior maintenance experience (manufactured housing, apartments, or related fields preferred). High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance. Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to walk, lift, bend, crawl, and climb ladders/stairs for extended periods. Manual dexterity to safely use power and hand tools. Normal hearing and vision to follow instructions and complete detailed work. Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat or cold.
