Austin, MN Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in our southern region. This position is responsible for supporting the overall maintenance and upkeep of our two Memory Care and Senior Apartment properties in Austin, MN . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with general building repairs, grounds maintenance, and routine property upkeep, while providing excellent service and working independently to manage daily priorities and ongoing projects. This is a full-time position offering a Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility. Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the property and facilities Assist with grounds maintenance and exterior upkeep Complete carpet cleaning as needed Perform painting and touch-up work Move furniture and equipment as needed Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner Support weekly and monthly maintenance projects Complete other related duties as assigned Qualifications Experience with general building repairs and property maintenance required Strong technical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of basic safety practices and regulations Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English High school diploma or GED required Valid Wisconsin driver's license in good standing required Must have an insured personal vehicle Must be able to successfully complete a background check Ability to lift 50+ lbs Personal tools required Daily travel within the region is required Benefits Competitive pay Health insurance and additional benefit options Generous paid time off Stable full-time schedule Opportunity to work independently while supporting a mission-driven care environmentJob Type:
