Maintenance Staff are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all hotel facilities. This includes performing routine inspections, repairs, and responding to guest requests related to maintenance issues. Their work directly impacts guest satisfaction and the overall functionality of the hotel. From checking our pools, mowing and trimming our lawns, to changing light bulbs and painting, there are many hands on tasks that provide minimal downtime. Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities and equipment Perform repairs on HVAC, plumbing, and general fixtures Respond promptly to maintenance requests Maintain cleanliness and safety of mechanical areas and hotel grounds Keep detailed logs of maintenance activities and inventory Coordinate with other departments and external contractors for repairs Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols Assist in installation of new equipment and systems Perform general upkeep tasks like painting, cleaning, and furniture repair High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred Experience in maintenance, repair, or facilities management Ability to use a variety of power tools Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment
