Installation, maintenance & repair
Fabrication maintenance technician
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
Repair and maintain equipment such as:
CNC machinesPress brakesShearsLaser or plasma cutting systemsWelding equipment, including a Weld Robot CellMaterial handling equipmentConduct routine inspections to identify wear, damage, or potential failures.
Install, modify, and maintain production machinery and shop equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Maintain maintenance records and document repairs in the CMMS system.
Work with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Follow all safety policies and lockout/tagout procedures.
Assist with equipment installation and facility improvements.
Lead/Drive machine down situations to completion experience 4-7 years skills Technical degree or certificate in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Technology.
Experience with CNC equipment maintenance.
PLC troubleshooting experience.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems (CMMS). qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in fabrication or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of:
Mechanical systemsHydraulics and pneumaticsElectrical troubleshootingWelding and fabrication basicsAbility to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

This role supports operations with organization, minimizing downtime, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with equipment and building/office improvements in a manufacturing environment.Wage:

Monday to Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMDirect Hire Responsibilities:
