Starting Pay:
$18 per hour
Hours:
Full-time (Average 32-40 hours per week)
Location:
Conveniently located right by the Mall of America!

Typical Weekly Schedule:
Thursday / Friday /
Saturday:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sunday /
Monday:
10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Tuesday /
Wednesday:
Off Please note: While this is the standard rotation, schedules may change or be adjusted based on hotel needs, occupancy, or emergency weather events.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Maintenance Technician, you are the backbone of the guest experience. Your goal is to ensure our rooms and public spaces are safe, functional, and inviting.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing general repairs including plumbing, electrical, lighting, and HVAC.
Safety & Grounds Care:
Ensuring the exterior is safe for guests at all times. This includes mandatory and timely snow removal, shoveling, and salting all entryways and guest paths during and after winter storms. Handling "room refreshes" (painting, drywall repair, and furniture maintenance). Responding promptly and positively to guest maintenance requests and management directives. Conducting preventative maintenance checks on equipment and guest rooms. Collaborating with the housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure room readiness.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Previous maintenance experience (hotel or apartment experience preferred).
Accountability:
A professional who understands that safety tasks are essential duties that must be completed thoroughly and as instructed.
Reliability:
A strong work ethic and the ability to follow specific directions from leadership.
Communication:
Ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
Physical Ability:
