Maintenance Technician - Industrial Manufacturing- Direct Employment Up to $45/hour | Overtime Available | Full Benefits Full-Time | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician looking for top pay, steady hours, and long-term career growth? What You'll Do As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping production running safely and efficiently by maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment, including: Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment Maintain conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging lines Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime Troubleshoot 3-phase motors, PLC-controlled systems, and VFDs Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Accurately document work orders, repairs, and parts usage Follow OSHA, GMP, and food safety standards What We're Looking For 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience with motors, controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot PLC systems Food or beverage manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Safety-focused, dependable, and detail-oriented Pay & Benefits Competitive pay up to $45/hour, based on experience Overtime opportunities available Comprehensive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Apply Now!
