1st Shift (6:30 AM•2:30 PM) Mon•
Fri Duration:
2.5 Months (Possible Extension)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment. Maintain preventive maintenance records in maintenance systems. Complete work orders and respond to maintenance requests. Support FDA, KEMA, and internal audit compliance requirements. Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and facility maintenance tasks. Coordinate maintenance activities with production, engineering, and contractors. Set up conference rooms and assist with office moves. Support grounds maintenance, including snow removal when needed.
Requirements:
2-year Technical Degree preferred. Experience in facility or industrial maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems. Experience using hand and power tools. Forklift and Scissor Lift operation experience. Basic to intermediate computer skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid Driver's License required.
Preferred Skills:
Preventive Maintenance (PM). Facility Maintenance. HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical Repair. Mechanical Troubleshooting. Maintenance Software Systems. Work Order Management. Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing and office facility setting. Occasional weekend, holiday, and on-call support required. Physical work involving equipment maintenance and facility support.
Experience:
Facility Maintenance or Maintenance Technician experience preferred. Medical device, manufacturing, industrial, or facilities background highly desirable. IND_
