Job Description

Maintenance Technician Join a fun staff that works as a team. We are currently looking for a part-time maintenance technician at Village Place Apartments, a 55+ community in Buffalo, MN. The position is Monday - Friday, 15-20 Hours Per Week, with rotating on-call.
Responsibilities of Maintenance Technician:
(but not limited to) Plumbing Appliance repairs Heating and A/C repairs Turnaround maintenance Preventative maintenance Lock changes Minor electrical repairs Shoveling/Salting in winter as needed Additional responsibilities as directed
Qualifications of Maintenance Technician:
Minimum 1 year of experience required
Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
