Friday Possible Weekends On-Call Rotation Must have your own tools Responsibilities/but not limited to:
Plumbing
Appliances
Heating and A/C repairs
Turnaround maintenance
Preventative maintenance
Lock changes
Minor electrical repairs
Additional responsibilities as directed
Shoveling/Salting in winter as needed
