Also responsible for performing basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, and other multiple maintenance activities across the facility. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Works under general supervision; relies on experience and general instructions to perform the functions of the job Performs regular, preventative maintenance on the building and grounds Assists in repairs including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and others to maintain the building in good working condition Uses hand tools and other small machinery to perform duties Orders supplies and parts as required Performs regular, preventative maintenance on all machinery, equipment, tools, and building Maintains records of repair and maintenance activities Performs duties consistent with established safety rules and procedures Maintains work area clean and organized Performs other duties as required Qualifications Minimum high school diploma Minimum 3 years of formal on-the-job training in general maintenance Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Working knowledge of safe equipment practices and applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Demonstrate working knowledge of hazardous wage and hazardous material handling procedures and practices Must be at least 18 years of age
Hourly/Salary Pay Range:
($24.00.XX - $26.00/hour) dependent on experience• pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living Bonus/Incentive Pay (only include one from the list below based on the job): 1.
For sales positions:
The percentage of incentive compensation that may be earned varies based on the customer account classification and is calculated based on collected gross profit. 2.
For salaried bonus positions:
Annual performance bonus opportunity based on Company and specific business unit ROI and PBOP achievement criteria and individual job responsibility and performance. 3. For hourly positions with incentive pay: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
