Job Description

Position Summary A Corporate Campus Maintenance Technician supports all corporate spaces for maintenance needs. This can range from replacing batteries/lightbulbs all the way to troubleshooting our boilers and RTUs for deficiencies. Job Duties/Responsibilities Minor office repairs HVAC troubleshooting/repair Event Support Vendor access coordination Plumbing troubleshooting/repair Electrical troubleshooting/repair
Minimum Required Qualifications Other:
Critical thinking skills that can be applied to complex system problems
Education:
High school diploma
Years of Experience:
3+ years in maintenance related positions Licenses / Certifications /
