About the Role We are seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join our team at our Chaska, MN bakery. As a Maintenance Technician III, you will perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on bakery production equipment to minimize downtime and support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

00 Core Accountabilities (What You'll be Doing) Perform advanced preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on bakery equipment and facility systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and control systems to ensure operational reliability Install, overhaul, test, and validate equipment to maintain optimal performance Manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and document all maintenance activities in the computerized maintenance system Coordinate with planners, supervisors, and parts personnel to ensure timely access to materials and accurate followup actions Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance equipment performance, reliability, and safety Comply with GMPs, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements across all maintenance work Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table) High school diploma and 4+ years of experience in industrial instrumentation, electronics, mechanical, or electrical systems; or 6+ years of related experience Experience troubleshooting PLC software, I/O, and field devices Experience with at least three of the following: refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, or food manufacturing controls Ability to read and interpret technical documents including P&IDs, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings Ability to work in fastpaced environments and adapt to production changes Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working around industrial equipment Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success) Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field Experience in food or bakery manufacturing maintenance Strong planning, prioritization, and multitasking abilities Experience working with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems Strong communication and problemsolving skills Aspire Bakeries is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
