Job Description

Apartment Maintenance Technician - South Metro, MN $27-$30/Hour | Weekly Pay | Immediate Openings Career Strategies is hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for communities throughout the South Metro area. If you have hands-on maintenance experience and enjoy solving problems, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Complete service requests and work orders in occupied apartments Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, and general maintenance repairs Turn vacant units for new residents Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
Requirements:
Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair EPA Certification is a plus Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong customer service and communication skills
