• Job Description
• In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the production line by troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components and equipment.

This includes working with conveyors, food processing machines, PLCs, circuits, and breakers. You will perform preventative maintenance on CCMS and provide backup support for Production Operators, including equipment setup, teardown, and changeovers as necessary.

• Responsibilities
• + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.

+ Use basic hand tools to identify and fix mechanical issues and perform repairs efficiently. + Utilize a meter for high-level electrical troubleshooting, replace and program electrical components, and read and follow schematics. + Read and interpret pneumatic schematics and troubleshoot components effectively. + Work with low (24VDC) and high voltage (up to 480V) circuits. + Troubleshoot control circuit issues, perform circuit wiring, and understand logic processes. + Install, troubleshoot, and program PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs. + Operate and troubleshoot inverter motors, stepper and servo motors, and encoder feedback as it relates to control processes.

• Essential Skills
• + 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + 2+ years of industrial electrical experience. + Comfortable working with low and high voltage circuits. + Ability to troubleshoot control circuit issues and perform circuit wiring. + Experience with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and robotics.

• Work Environment
• The work environment is within a food manufacturing facility, with 50% of your shift spent in refrigerated production rooms under 45°F.

• This is a Permanent position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
