Valley Creek West apartments/
Wilshire Wood Apartments/ Hampshire House Apartments Position:
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Starting at Emergency on-call is optional, lucrative opportunities available if desired.
Boiler/CPO Licenses:
These licenses are not a requirement for this position - Willingness to obtain one is. Highland Management Group pays for educational costs, training, and licensing. This includes exam fees! Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to be part of our team at Wilshire Wood Apartments in Minnetonka MN. Living on-site is not a requirement for this position, but employees who do choose to live on-site will receive a higher rent discount!
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure resident satisfaction through the regular upkeep of the property, including preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement. Complete Maintenance Requests from residents as received on work orders. Check fire extinguishers and smoke detectors monthly and check boilers daily. Have a working knowledge of water and gas meter shut offs, all apartment fixtures shut-off locations, and sewer clean-outs. Assure the cleanliness and good repair of vacant units. Check pools (if applicable) and complete miscellaneous inspections & reports. Report regularly to Property Manager on projected expenses as authorized by manager for maintenance and service. Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by the managers.
