We are currently hiring Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for our largest U.S printed circuit board facility located in Minnetonka, MN. Training Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm (flexible) Regular Schedule (once fully trained): Flexible, with preference given to 2nd shift or weekend shift

Job Duties:

Diagnose equipment problems and repair equipment as needed Perform equipment preventative maintenance HVAC, electrical, and plumbing duties Some welding (MIG and TIG) Repair the air compressor when needed Remodeling and demolition as needed Some carpentry when necessary Assist in the installation of new equipment Operate fork lift Practice LOTO and other safety procedures Participate in the emergency response team (ERT) Become respirator trained once hired

Qualifications:

Attention to detail Self-starter who looks at how to improve processes Willingness to train and learn new tasks Basic maintenance aptitude Familiarity HVAC, electrical, and plumbing is a plus Enjoys working with their hands Ability to troubleshoot problems Familiarity of basic hand tools LOTO and other safety training a plus Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen upon offer of employment Due to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) all employees are required to be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident. Upon offer of employment, applicants will be required to present documentation for ITAR.
