Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose malfunctions in production machinery, including relays, motors, position sensors, and circuit boards.
Preventative Maintenance:
Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
Electrical Maintenance:
Repair or replace electrical components such as transformers, switches, and lighting fixtures.
Fabrication:
Use metalworking tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) to repair broken parts or fabricate custom solutions.
Equipment Commissioning:
Assist in the setup, leveling, and commissioning of new machinery and robotic equipment.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed logs of work orders, parts inventory, and machine status using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Safety Compliance:
Ensure all equipment operates in compliance with OSHA standards and company quality protocols.

Experience with PLCs is preferred.
Education:
No Degree Required Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Experience with complex mechanical, hydraulic, and robotic maintenance within a high-volume manufacturing facility.
Skilled at efficiently diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment for minimize downtime.
Proficiency with interpreting schematics and blueprints.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (standing, bending, climbing) for extended periods.
