This position will provide service to our multi-family housing rental properties in the suburbs of the Twin Cities (Minnetonka, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park, Chaska, Coon Rapids, Elk River, Big Lake, Forest Lake, Wyoming and Woodbury in Minnesota). Mileage will be reimbursed. Responsibilities included but not limited to: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Perform routine preventive maintenance Work Independently reporting to multiple members of our team Year-round exterior work such as landscaping, snow removal, building upkeep, trash pick-up and dumpster rotation Assisting with City and State inspections Repair/replace blinds and screens
