We are one of the area's leaders in short-term rental management, specializing in premium hospitality and above-average guest accommodations. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work, and can confidently handle a wide range of property maintenance and improvement tasks.

Responsibilities Daily responsibilities may include:

Lawn care and snow removal Minor plumbing and electrical repairs General property maintenance and repairs Painting, flooring installation, trim work, and basic carpentry Cabinet installation and other home improvement projects Assisting with furniture assembly and property staging Moving and organizing materials, tools, and furnishings Maintaining cleanliness and organization at job sites Completing work orders and tracking tasks through software platforms such as Jobber Supporting the team in preparing homes for guests and tenants Qualifications Ideal candidates will: Be a reliable "jack of all trades" with general maintenance experience Have experience with residential repairs and home improvement projects Be self-motivated and able to work independently Be organized and detail-oriented Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Be comfortable learning and using technology/software platforms Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Be able to lift and move furniture/materials as needed Have dependable transportation Have Commercial Pesticide Applicators license in MN and ND Bonus Qualifications Experience in property management or short-term rentals Carpentry or remodeling experience Interest in real estate investing and property renovation

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:

$22-$27/hour based on experience Weekly hours may vary depending on needs. Some on call availability may be required.
