Employee Assistance Program & Mental Health Services Essential Duties:

Repair, maintain, and adjust commercial dock levelers and equipment Repair, maintain, and adjust residential and commercial garage doors and garage door openers Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues with products including dock levelers, doors, tracks, springs, cables, sensors, and openers Perform routine inspections to ensure proper alignment, lubrication, and safe operation of equipment Replace worn or damaged parts, including springs, rollers, hinges, seals, and weather stripping Operate scissor lifts and forklifts to access elevated work areas and transport materials and equipment Operate hand and power tools, and measuring instruments safely and efficiently Safely operate company vehicles, including occasional pulling of trailers with tools, equipment, and supplies Maintain accurate records of services performed Provide customers with estimates, explain service needs, answer technical questions, and collect customer payments in a professional manner Load, transport, and unload tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites Other duties as assigned What are some requirements of the job? Ability to work a full-time, day shift Ability to lift and carry 75+ pounds Valid driver's license and a safe driving record is a must Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening DOT physical is required What are we all about?
