Job Description
Position Overview:
The Facilities Technician Pools is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and overall condition of all pool and spa systems across the property. This includes water quality management, equipment upkeep, and ensuring all areas meet state health codes and Grand View Lodge standards.About Cote Hospitality:

The role may advance into a supervisor level position should the incumbent demonstrate sufficient strategic development and enlargement of performance scope. The successful person will be an advocate of our mission, values, and brand from a Facilities Level.Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintain proper pool and spa water chemistry in accordance with Minnesota health regulationsOperate, monitor, and maintain filtration, circulation, and chemical systemsPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on pools, hot tubs, and related equipmentTroubleshoot and repair pumps, heaters, valves, and mechanical systemsEnsure all aquatics areas are clean, safe, and guest-ready at all timesPartner with the broader Facilities team to support and assist with property-wide general maintenance needsRespond promptly to service requests with a solutions-oriented and guest-first mindsetMaintain accurate logs and documentation for compliance and internal standardsJob RequirementsExperience in pool operations, aquatics maintenance, or related fieldKnowledge of water chemistry, pool systems, and safety regulationsMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to high standardsTeam-oriented with a positive, can-do attitudeEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED preferred.12 years of experience in grounds keeping, property management, or a related field; experience in hospitality or golf course maintenance is a plus.Valid drivers license may be required for the operation of company vehicles.#GVL
