Position Summary We're seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our North Branch team in an on site role. This position supports one apartment property and offers variety in daily tasks, from routine maintenance to unit turnovers and emergency repairs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-motivated, and takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and well-maintained. Essential Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders promptly and professionally.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant apartments for turnover, replace flooring, including painting, and general repairs.
• Conduct property inspections and address maintenance or safety issues proactively.
• Coordinate with property managers and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of common areas and building systems.
• Assist with snow removal, lawn care, and other seasonal upkeep as needed.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency maintenance response. Qualifications & Skills
• 2+ years of experience in apartment or multifamily property maintenance required.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
• HVAC certification, boiler experience, or trade-specific licenses a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Flooring installation experience required (LVT, LVP).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Professional, respectful demeanor with residents and coworkers. Physical & Work Requirements
• Ability to lift 50 lbs+ and perform physical maintenance tasks.
• Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and use of hand tools.
• Indoor/outdoor work in varying weather conditions.

Schedule & Compensation Hours:

Full-time (40 hours a week).

Compensation:

$25-35/hour, depending on experience.

Location:

North Branch, MN.
