This position involves performing general maintenance and repair tasks across a mix of commercial and apartment properties.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.) Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain building systems and respond to tenant service requests Ensure common areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained Coordinate with property manager and vendors as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field Working knowledge of general repair skills (basic plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.) Ability to troubleshoot issues independently Strong communication and organizational skills Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation Basic tools required; additional tools and materials provided Join our team as a Maintenance Technician where your skills will contribute significantly to our operational success!
