We are a local property management company based in the St. Paul area, managing both residential and commercial properties. We take pride in maintaining clean, well-kept communities for our residents.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable part-time summer employee to assist with landscaping, general maintenance, and property upkeep at a 282-unit apartment community in Oakdale, along with nearby properties.

Responsibilities:

Landscaping:

weeding, trimming, and general grounds upkeep Light maintenance and repair work Painting and general cleanup Maintaining common areas and curb appeal Assisting the maintenance team with daily tasks

Qualifications:

Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Maintenance or landscaping experience preferred (not required) Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule:

Part-time, flexible summer hours
