As the Building Maintenance Tech , you will be responsible for performing general maintenance work on a variety of facilities equipment and systems at the IRG facility in Rochester. The regular work schedule is Monday

• Complete preventive maintenance (PM) work orders on facility structural, mechanical, and electrical equipment
• Comply with all safety rules and regulations
• Follow require housekeeping procedures
• Work weekend coverage (Saturday/Sunday) approximately four times per year Requirements
• High school diploma or GED
• Three years of building maintenance experience
• Knowledge of building systems and electrical/mechanical equipment Qualifications
