This is a hands on maintenance position that will work closely with our Maintenance Teams at all 6 properties that we own and manage in Rochester. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

6+ months experience in maintenance 1+ years in multifamily housing preferred Dry walling including painting and carpentry CPO, EPA or Boilers certification a plus but not required A valid Driver's License is
