Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Complete work orders in a timely and efficient manner Assist with unit turns, including cleaning, painting, and basic repairs Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections Maintain grounds and common areas as needed Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of general maintenance practices Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred, but not required
Schedule & Details:
Full-time, seasonal position Start date: Week of May 11
