As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the property maintenance department supporting the overall upkeep and enhancement of the community. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

  • Friday What's the Job?
Perform plumbing tasks including repairing or replacing faucets and toilets, and diagnosing water leaks. Perform carpentry tasks Conduct electrical work such as replacing light fixtures and outlets, and understanding circuit breakers. Maintain the curb appeal of the community through groundskeeping, including lawn care and landscaping. Complete work orders efficiently and in a timely manner while adhering to safety regulations. Conduct regular inventory checks on equipment and supplies, and participate in ongoing training. What's Needed? 2-3 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping and property maintenance. 1-2 years of experience in basic residential plumbing. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn and use technology in a basic capacity. A valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle on property. What's in it for me (Once Converted)?
