• Industrial Maintenance Technician
• for a temp-to-hire opportunity in St. Cloud, MN. This role supports facility and production operations through preventative maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment support in a highly automated, computer-based manufacturing environment.

Shift:

• 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM+
• 2nd

Shift:

• 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM+ Rotating schedule based on workdays (not rotating between day and night shift hours)
• Position Overview
• + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility and production equipment+ Troubleshoot mechanical and control systems to support daily operations+ Utilize computerized maintenance systems to track PM schedules and work orders+ Support facility operations including utilities, equipment performance, and contractor coordination
• Key Responsibilities
• + Perform maintenance and repair of building and production support equipment+ Troubleshoot RTUs, fans, and other facility systems+ Complete preventative maintenance tasks and respond to equipment issues+ Utilize the Megamation system to manage PM schedules and work orders+ Monitor and record water and energy consumption data+ Support production teams with facility-related maintenance needs+ Coordinate and assist outside contractors performing service work+ Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas•Required Qualifications•+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred+ Minimum 1 year of maintenance or manufacturing equipment experience+ Mechanical troubleshooting experience required+ Basic electrical and control systems knowledge preferred+ Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment+ Comfortable working in a computer-based manufacturing environment+ Strong reliability, attendance, and communication skills•Preferred Qualifications•+ Industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environments+ Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience+ Experience with preventative maintenance systems or CMMS software+ Knowledge of facility equipment and utilities systems•Why Work with PDS Tech?
