Posted May 20, 2026 Maintenance Mechanic St. Cloud, MN (Union) $34.91/hour swing and night shift available and they rotate weekends off. Swing shift starts at 3:00 PM and nights start at 11:00 PM. A mixture of (5) 8 hour shift or (4) 10 hour shifts
Position Summary:
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Mechanics to support a high-speed commercial food manufacturing facility in St. Cloud, MN. This role is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting production equipment, and supporting plant reliability initiatives. Advancement is skill-based, not time-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control systems
- Follow all food safety, OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, and
NFPA 70E
requirements
- Complete work orders, PMs, and parts usage in the CMMS Support conveyors, motors, sensors, VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, ovens, mixers, baggers, and cartoners
- Perform welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, Stick as skill level increases)
- Maintain shop organization and cleanliness
- Participate in root cause analysis and reliability improvement efforts
