$28•32 per hour

Hours:

Monday•Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, some weekends as needed and on-call rotation with other properties. We're looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our growing apartment community team! If you take pride in your work, enjoy helping residents, and have strong technical skills, we want to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:

Boiler License preferred. You will be required to obtain your Boilers License within 90 days of employment. We will pay for the Boilers License exam and study material. Strong knowledge of apartment turns and general maintenance Excellent customer service skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to communicate effectively in English Basic computer skills Reliable transportation, you will use your own vehicle, mileage reimbursement Must be able to clear an extensive background check

Responsibilities Include:

Completing apartment turnovers quickly and efficiently Troubleshooting and repairing boilers and general maintenance issues Providing friendly, professional service to residents Maintaining organized work orders and maintenance areas Working closely with the property team to keep the community running smoothly.
