Job Description:

Seeking a dedicated individual who enjoys a fast-paced and positive work environment to be an apartment maintenance tech.

Responsibilities:

Duties may include (this list is not all-inclusive): Electrical. Plumbing. Boiler Maintenance. General Repair/Carpentry/Handyman work and maintenance in occupied units and turnover work. Tenant work orders as needed. Grounds maintenance/cleaning.

Qualification & Requirements:

Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Supply your own tools (we do provide larger equipment and some tools for you). Available to be on call for after-hours emergencies. Experience necessary. High attention to detail. Great customer service. Must be able to cost-effectively analyze work needed and problem solve. Must have great customer service and people skills as a large portion of this job will involve tenant interaction. General inventory of supplies and ordering.

Monday to Friday. On-call rotation.
