Job Description

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
Full time, Monday
  • Friday, 8:30am
  • 5:00pm (with some flexibility) $30
  • 36/hour, dependent on experience and certificates
On-Call Stipend:
$350 a week
  • which is approximately $6000 a year in addition to your hourly compensation!
Benefits:
Health, Dental, PTO, 401K and more (eligible at 90 days of employment) Mileage reimbursement (if applicable)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
At least 3 years of full-time property maintenance experience Valid Driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a Department of Human Services background check Ability to be on-call approximately 7 days a month to respond to any emergency maintenance concerns that may come up, plus hourly pay if you must go in to respond.
MORE ON THE ROLE
: As a Maintenance Technician, you'll work both independently and as a team, to provide safe and supportive housing to individuals experiencing long-term homelessness or living with disabilities in an apartment setting. You will utilize your years of experience and knowledge by assisting our Property Manager. You'll travel to SLS properties to complete preventative and routine maintenance, help oversee remodels, apartment turns, and landscaping projects. You'll interact with team members and clients as you work within their offices and living spaces to maintain a well-kept property.
