Maintenance Technician

2nd. and 3rd shift) $Bonus Potential | Automated Facility | Growth Opportunity We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to join a modern, highly automated manufacturing facility. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical skills who wants to grow into electrical and automation work. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment to keep production running Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems Work on hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and gear systems Support PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment (training provided) Assist with basic electrical repairs and diagnostics Maintain and service high-pressure boiler systems Complete work orders and document maintenance activities Perform light welding and fabrication as needed Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime What We're Looking For Experience as a Maintenance Technician, Mechanic, or similar role Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics Preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Basic electrical knowledge (willingness to learn more) Exposure to PLCs, conveyors, or automated equipment Ability to work 2nd shift and every other Saturday Preferred (Not Required) 2B Boiler License Welding or fabrication experience Experience in a highly automated manufacturing facility Electrical maintenance experience Pay & Benefits Monthly bonus: 15
