Automation Maintenance Mechanic / Maintenance Technician Direct Hire | $27

• $35/hour | Stillwater, MN Monday-Friday (Flexible start: 7:00 AM
• 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM
• 4:30 PM) This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The position works hands-on with a variety of industrial equipment, including large-format ing systems such as digital presses, screen-ing equipment, and die-cutting/converting machinery. Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Repair Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on production equipment and facility systems Maintain and support large-format ing equipment, including digital presses, screen ing machines, and die cutting/converting equipment Execute preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and safety Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime Assist with installation and startup of new equipment Communicate equipment issues and urgent repair needs to maintenance leadership Facility & Building Maintenance Perform routine inspections of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and general infrastructure Complete general maintenance tasks such as welding, electrical work, painting, and carpentry Maintain a clean, safe, andanized work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred 2+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial electrical systems Familiarity with ing equipment (digital, screen ing) and die cutting/converting equipment preferred Welding and fabrication experience is a plus Ability to read schematics, manuals, and use diagnostic tools Benefits Medical and dental insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off & Holiday pay Life insurance Be the first to learn about future positions by joining our and following us on !
